How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store by the various categories ranging from your favorite team to the type of product. Once you find an item you'd like to order, click the "Add to Cart" button on that item's page. Then continue shopping, repeating the process for each item you'd like to order.

Once you're done browsing around the store, place your order by clicking one of the "View Cart" buttons on any page to use our secure on-line shopping basket. Verify the items in your cart, then click the "Checkout" button. Then enter your credit card information and proceed through the checkout process. If you have questions regarding your order, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the contact us page.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & PayPal.

How will the charge appear on my credit card or PayPal account?

The charge on your credit card or PayPal account will appear as "MYSPORTSDEC" or "MYSPORTSDECOR.COM".

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Texas.

How soon will my order ship?

Each product's page shows its availability underneath the price. This information tells you how many days it will take to process your order for that item. Processing your order includes pulling the items from the warehouse and preparing them for shipping. Once your order is processed, it is then shipped from the warehouse to the shipping address you provide.

Depending on the manufacturer of the item, processing times may differ. For example, the availability of our bedding and bath merchandise states that they "usually ship in 10-14 business days" because these products are hand-finished when ordered.

Please note: Choosing expedited shipping (like UPS 2nd Day Air) does not decrease the number of days it takes to process your order. It only decreases the time it takes for your order to get to you once it ships from the warehouse. (Update: Expedited shipping options are currently not available.)

What happens if what I ordered is out-of-stock?

For out-of-stock orders, we will attempt to find the product you ordered through alternate sources and you will be contacted as soon as possible with an ETA.

What are my shipping options?

Most of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground, which requires a physical address (not a P.O. Box). Shipping rates for UPS Ground in the continental United States are determined during order placement. Time in transit for most orders are 2-5 business days once the order is processed and shipped from the warehouse.

Due to increased shipping costs, we are currently not able to offer expedited shipping options.

On rare occasions, an order may be shipped using USPS. This usually occurs only in the case of a product weighing less than one pound.

You will be notified via email when your order ships and a tracking number will be included for your convenience.

Multiple item orders may arrive in separate shipments. In this case you will receive separate emails providing you with tracking numbers.

Do you ship internationally?

MySportsDecor.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers.

- How do I place an order to be shipped internationally (outside the USA)?
1. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart.
2. Proceed to Checkout and choose the "International Checkout" option.
3. Your items will be transferred to the International Checkout website for processing.
4. Enter your shipping and billing information on the International Checkout website. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Free shipping offers and coupon codes cannot be used for international orders.
5. Submit your order on the International Checkout website. International Checkout will then process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service.

- Which countries do you ship to?   International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from MySportsDecor.com. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

- Can I check the status of my international order?   To check the status of your order or track your package, please login to your International Checkout account at: https://www.internationalcheckout.com/login.php.

- Who should I contact with questions about my international order?   All inquiries regarding your international order should be directed to International Checkout at: support@internationalcheckout.com. Please visit the International Checkout Customer Service page for more information and phone numbers in your area.

Can I place an order for Alaska or Hawaii?

We are happy to be able to offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii addresses. However, these orders do take longer to process as a few extra steps are required to determine shipping costs.

If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii and are interested in placing an order, please contact us through our contact form and let us know exactly which items you would like to order and the complete shipping address where the items will be shipped.

Once we receive that information, cost of shipping will be determined. This step may take 1-3 business days.

You will then be informed of the shipping costs via email. At that time you may proceed with placing the order and checking out by choosing "HI,AK-contact us for rates" as your shipping method.

Shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii will not be automatically calculated and therefore will appear as $0 even after you submit your order. Once submitted, we will manually add the previously emailed shipping costs to your order and...

- if your order was paid with a credit card, we will simply add the shipping charges to the amount charged to your card.

- if your order was paid via PayPal, we will send a PayPal request to you for a second payment to cover the shipping cost. Please follow the instructions in the PayPal email to complete your order.

Once full payment is received, your order will be processed and you will be emailed an updated invoice showing the total amount charged.

Because of the special nature of Alaska and Hawaii orders, shipping methods are not determined by MySportsDecor.com.

Other fees for Alaska or Hawaii orders are not charged or determined by MySportsDecor.com. If other fees arise beyond what MySportsDecor.com has charged, they are the responsibility of the customer.

What if I need to make a return?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us using our contact us form within 10 days of receipt and let us know the details of the damage. We will then arrange for a replacement product to be sent, along with instructions and a pre-paid label for returning the damaged item. Please return the damaged item in its original packaging.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, please contact us using our contact us form form within 30 days of receipt of the item for a "Return Authorization Number". We will then give you instructions for your return. All items must be in their original packaging. Once your returned items are received, we will credit the cost of the product minus shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee.

Items will not be accepted for return without a "Return Authorization Number".

Due to occasional manufacturer updates, image shown may differ from the actual product you receive. Returns based on this will also be subject to the 20% restocking fee.

Please note: Individual items from a "Complete Bedroom Package", "Bed in a Bag", or "Window Coverings Set" cannot be returned for partial refunds. These packages are grouped and priced as a set and therefore can only be returned as a set.
